Privacy

Pink Cowz is Pink Cowz Ltd, company number 17421159, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, England and Wales. We decide what happens to the information described here, and support@pinkcowz.com reaches the person who answers for it. We are registering with the Information Commissioner's Office; our representative in the European Union will be named here when appointed.

If you are a client or a business we have approached: your name, business name, email, phone number if you gave one, what you tell us about your business, and information your business has published (your website, your public listings and their reviews, your public social profiles), used to build and run your website, because that is the contract you asked for or the service we offer. A website built before you asked for one is kept at an address nobody can guess, is never shown to search engines, uses your business's own photographs only where you gave them, and comes down within one working day if you ask. If we emailed you an offer, we can see whether it was opened; tell us to stop and we stop. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.

If you sell for us: your name, contact details, country and home address, your date of birth only if you live outside the UK, your business's name and tax number if you are paid through it, your sales and payouts, and, if you are paid by bank transfer, your bank details, which are encrypted and deleted when nothing more is owed to you.

We keep client and prospect records for 12 months after the relationship ends, records of what was agreed and accounting records for 7 years, and bank details only while they are needed. We share information only with the services that run the platform: hosting (Vercel), database and sign-in (Supabase, in London), payments (Stripe), email (Resend and Google Workspace), the AI that builds and edits websites (Anthropic, and Google for images and listing data), error monitoring (Sentry) and, for domains, our registrar (Openprovider). Where a supplier is in the United States the transfer is protected by the Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell information and nothing here is used to train an AI model.

You can ask at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to our use of it, or tell us to stop contacting you: support@pinkcowz.com. We answer within a month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), in Poland to the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl), in Spain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es), or in the Netherlands to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

This site sets no advertising or analytics trackers; the cookie notice lists what it does set. The full privacy notice is written and publishes on this page once the last of the things it states as our rule is in place.
